Ariana Grande - No Tears Left To Cry (Single Review)

Ariana Grande has had many big singles before but her newest release is possibly the biggest and best single she's released yet.

With swooping synths, soaring vocals and some incredible production. It all begins with a slow, beautiful intro with simple, echoey synths and her gorgeous voice gliding along. Then there's a change of tempo with percussion coming in and some spoken words from Ariana. It transitions to a smooth verse which is followed by the epic chorus, instantly rivalling 'Into You', the biggest song of her previous album.

The song flows really well from start to finish with Max Martin's lush production really coming through and aiding the transitions between verses and choruses. The waterdrop-like sound in the chorus is amazing and the bass on this is so good.

Her voice really carries the whole song, her vocals having clearly matured and improved from 'Dangerous Woman'. Some of the notes just soar.

My Ratings:
Catchiness: 4/5
Chorus: 4/5
Production: 4/5
Flow: 5/5
Vocals: 5/5

I rate the song a 9 out of 10. Definitely some of her very best work, check out this song!

'No Tears Left To Cry' was released on 20th April as the lead single from her upcoming 4th album.
